Spectrum Human Services C.A.R.E.S. Program 716-882-HELP (4357)
The goal of the C.A.R.E.S program is to support families in resolving crisis situations in the home or community and to help them prevent future crises. An effective crisis plan will be developed with the family. C.A.R.E.S. is available 24 hours a day.
For Adults:
Crisis Services Mobile Outreach Program 716-834-3131
This program provides community-based mental health intervention to individuals in Erie County who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The main goal of the program is to divert individuals from unnecessary presentations at local psychiatric emergency rooms and to provide these individuals the services they need in order to remain safely in the community. Services are available 24 hours a day.
